Pumpkin Pie- Pie Season

Delicious and traditional. Cheers to Pie Season!


  • 9-inch pie (make/buy)
  • 1 can Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 can 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of dark brown sugar
  • 2 t cinnamon
  • 1/4 t nutmeg
  • 1 t ginger
  • 1/4 t cloves
  • 1/2 t salt


  1. Preheat oven
  2. Whisk together all the ingredients into a smooth batter, set aside.
  3. Put pie dough into 9 inch pie pan, put the batter into the pie and cook for 15 minutes
  4. reduce the oven to 350 and cook for another 35-40 minutes or until center is set.
  5. Refrigerate the pie until serving.
